2020-2021 Officer Teams
General Information
Within CKI there are two functioning officer teams. The first officer team is the Executive Board; also known as E-Board. E-Board consists of 5 officers: the club President, Vice President of Administration, Vice President of Service, Secretary, and Treasurer. The second officer team is the Appointed Board, or A-Board. This officer team is made up by 7 officers: a Fundraising Chair, Public Relations Chair, Historian & Newsletter Chair, Tech & Web Chair, Membership Development & Education Chair, Kiwanis Family Relations Chair, and a Social Chair.
Executive Board
President: The main face of the club! The President typically acts as the liaison between all non-club entities and the club. The President oversees all items that occur within the realm of their home club.

Vice President of Administration: The Vice President of Administration, or the VPA, is the club President's right hand. They assist the President in all their duties. The VPA is also in charge of all A-Board Officers. The VPA acts as a liaison for all A-Board happenings.

Vice President of Service: Also known as the VPS, the Vice President of Service is the club's sole coordinator and liaison for service initiatives. They manage all volunteer opportunities for the club and act as a reminder that CKI is a service organization first.

Secretary: The club Secretary is the main records keeper. This officer takes meeting minutes and records all social or service hours completed by club members. The Secretary is also in charge of sending in monthly report forms to the district.

Treasurer: The Treasurer is in charge of all club money! This officer tracks and manages club spending.
Appointed Board Positions
Fundraising Chair: The Fundraising Chair is the sole officer in charge of club fundraising for administrative items and for the District Fundraising Initiatives. ​

Public Relations Chair: The Public Relations Chair, more commonly known as the PR Chair, is in charge of the club social media accounts, tabling, and membership recruitment on campus.

Historian & Newsletter Chair: This officer is in charge of collecting photos and videos and the production of the club's newsletter.
​
Tech & Web Chair: The club's Tech & Web Chair is charge of the creation and maintenance of a club website. They are also in charge of monitoring the club's technology usage.
​
Membership Development & Education Chair: The Membership Development & Education Chair, typically called the MD&E Chair, is the officer who develops and teaches members about CKI.
Kiwanis Family Relations Chair: The KFAM Chair, or Kiwanis Family Relations Chair, is the officer who acts as a liaison between their home CKI club and all corresponding Kiwanis clubs. This includes K-Kids, Builders, Key Club, Aktion, and Kiwanis Clubs.
Social Chair: The club Social Chair is the officer who produces all club bonding activities and events for members.
